In for oil and filter change.check on 2 recalls.oil change done.no documentation on either recall.on for tailgate one for transmission.also now my console door is broken wasn't like that when we got there.
They broke the hood latches. I can't close the hood tightly
If there was an option to give it a 0 I would. The worst experience ever, I hope I never come back!! They broke my car and I had to take responsibility for their actions. They never found the problem. I went 3 days without my rice and they never told me anything. If I didn't write to them, they wouldn't keep me informed about anything. I wasted my time and money!
I brought my Acadia in because the rear turn signal was out. The service dept ordered a replacement and said it would be a couple of weeks. After 2 months, I called back and Finally reached someone and they said the part had been in for about 2 weeks. NO ONE called to tell me. I set an appt up for 9:30 am. It took over 2 hours to replace this part. They called and said the car was ready. And When I came to pick up my car, the guy told me the car was ready, but the paperwork wasn't. While the sales person was nice and easy to work with and it seemed like the truck was properly inspected it was not. Less that one week after our purchase we had to spend $4,500 to make urgent repairs in what was already an expensive used truck. The shop that caught the problem said this should have easily shown up in inspection and yet it was never mentioned when they discussed the condition of the truck and the results of the inspection.
I have been coming into Beaman since I purchased this vehicle. I am told at each visit, the technicians can not find the problem that exist with this vehicle. As soon as I got into the vehicle after the latest visit, the problem was louder than before I took the vehicle to Beaman. Severe hesitation happens constantly, I was told the hesitation could not be verified by the technician. To top every thing else, the vehicle has a strong gas odor upon starting.
Bought a used truck which had 2x key fobs but only 1x key. I went to the parts counter upon finishing the purchase and told them I needed to have a spare key made (for the reason I stated). He got the VIN off of my car deal paperwork and looked it up and told me it would be $68. I said okay and he went and made the key. I left and didn't test the key right then, because I just started the truck with the key that was in it. In 80,000 find the Miss transmission right now. I'm scared about the engine.
