They kept my truck for 3 days to fix a check engine light ( no loaner ) and the light came back on 2 days later. this is the 2nd time they have worked on this issue.
I purchased a 2025 GMC Yukon from Beaman GMC. The safety and operators manual that came with the vehicle was missing the first 16 pages. I have contacted Beaman GMC 3 times and all I get is the run around. I will not be back to this place and will not refer anyone.
4th time that i've brought my truck in for "diagnosis/service" of electrical/battery issue. they were unable to diagnose and therefore fix the issue and didn't have any additional suggestions. am i supposed to drive a vehicle in which the battery may be dead at any point. sold the truck. done with gmc.
My son took our vehicle to get checked a check engine light came on after a month of having the vehicle made my son wait over 4 hrs just for them to say they could not diagnostics because low on gas.
Because they told me I needed a new rotor and I questioned about how because I just got my car in November and my car was certified pre-owned and my son called and talked to them and they told him that I didn't need a new rotor that it could be smoothed out and they didn't charge me for that but, I can fill when I drive it that they should have changed the rotor like they told me that's what it needed.
Lot of delays (6-8 weeks) but finally Dakota got the transmission replaced. He did put me in a car to get around until mine was repairs.
They changed the oil, but were unable to diagnose why my brakes are squeaking and why my windshield wipers sometimes just stop working. I'm sure as soon as my warranty runs out next month, they will find a pricey solution.
I didn't like the service there next time I will go to Beaman Harding place.
I am used to such excellent service, so this was a surprise. My husband took my car in for a synthetic oil change, an 18-point inspection, and a tire rotation. The serviceman couldn't find the tire lock so he asked my husband and had him look for it while he walked away and helped another person. My husband called me, and I relayed, so he found it shortly after, but again, the serviceman was not helpful.
