The lack of communication from the dealership was atrocious. There were 13 calls made to their main number without a response. Because they allegedly rebuilt the transmission, I took the truck back to them. On 12/18, I was contacted and advised that by the end of the day, I would be notified what the fix to the issue is. As of today 12/20, still no response.
Generally, I have had good experience with Beaman and those in the service department. However, on this ocassion after receiving my car, I noticed that my car jack wasmissing. I reported it to the attendant, however, I have not received any follow-up call regarding my concern.
Their actions are making me feel really sad and disappointed.
