Honestly ordered a fob and wheels replacement, they didn't change my wheels and they ordered twice my fob and finally they got me one but incomplete,, not a good service at all
Told my concerns, the service request for on star for low battery and they were ignored. Told them about my air conditioning smelling off, it was ignored. Service advisor changed and second one tried to charge me for free service and didn't know about other concerns.
My appointment was scheduled for 8am. I arrive and my car was not finished until 11:30. I was there three weeks prior for a oil change. At that service I was told I needed a new tire and recommended a fuel injections cleaning. I ordered the tire and set this appointment. When I arrived the wrong tire had been ordered. The price of the new tire or service was never quoted to me. After waiting several hours, the price was 600 dollars! I was shocked because this was not quoted to me at either appt. 1st this computer module service was not done on my car, it was a recall on the wipers and lights! The service was fine!!!
Service department reps are not properly trained.

My experience with service department wasn't great when I purchased the car . I communicated about the breaks on my car when I first purchased it . They stated that it wasn't the breaks that basically came up with a response . I took my car to get an oil change this month and now they are saying I need new breaks in the front and rear . I have had the car 6 months there is no way my breaks on both are bad already . They did nothing to the car but change the oil and put it out to be sold .
