great customer service. my service guy was fantastic! met me at my car, signed me in, explained what they were going to do, gave me an EXACT time estimate and then showed me to the waiting area. he checked in to keep me updated and to see if i had any questions. GREAT EXPERIENCE
Talking with one of the sales managers was promises a call when a certain truck came in, never received a call. Bought a truck from Murfreesboro Toyota, they promised to call when the same model truck came in and they DID call. They talked the talk and walked the walk.
