Excellent Stay. Very new condition The hotel was only 18 months old when we stayed there. Hotel staff was friendly and prompt. The room is very comfortable, new condition and very very clean. Highly recommend this hotel. It is just located about 75 mins from Redwood National Park.

Very Nice Hotel Pros: That the Hotel is smoke free, I could only smell smoke when you were in the lobby, because there is a casino attached to the Hotel. Cons: The design of the shower The room was very clean, lots of space, and beds were very comfortable. We were in town for a friends wedding, had a beautiful view. I had my 2 children with me, and they are not quiet, did not get any complaints that they were too noisy. Could not hear any noise from other quests. They were very accommodating when we asked to get a room on th... read more

Nicely furnished room Pros: room was clean and comfortable. Dinner at hotel restaurant was good for the price as long as you stay away from the steak. Cons: too late now, but more thought should have gone into the design of the pool Location: Victorian town of Ferndale is good driving and walking tour. Many quaint shops. Old town Eureka is also only 15 miles and has many shopping stores. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to be close to Eureka, Ferndale and especially the Avenue of the Giants. Location allowed us to take side... read more

Nice, but falls short of a true hotel experience Pros: View, cleanliness Cons: Pool, gym, microwave and fridge in room It's a nice place to stay for the price, but you don't quite get the full hotel experience. The pool area is very small, and the "gym" basically consists of one treadmill, one recumbent bike, and some medicine balls (and that's it). It's definitely a step up from an EconoLodge- or Travelodge-type experience, but falls far short of a real hotel. On the plus side, the views are pretty nice, due to the location... read more

Exceptional Pros: Location, cleanliness easy access to loleta and Ferndale, price. Cons: Nothing at all. Location: Visit loleta cheese factory and the Victorian town of Ferndale. Friendly, super clean and modern, smokefree hotel. Easy access to loleta cheese factory and short hop to Ferndale. We had a great stay. Thank you.
