Hello My Name is Lorena Amorim, I bought my furniture for my home in bell furniture located accross to memorial mall 10516 katy frwy, I loved them, the quality of the furniture is excellent, my saleswoman was Cristina Fonseca, I recommend buying with her since she has a very good ideas, patient, and was very aware when I received my furniture in my house and I was always in touch with her and she answered all my calls, you guys should go with her for sure l will be shop again at this store.

I just moved from another state, so I had to purchase new furniture for my new home, and seriously I am so happy to have these awesome furniture at my home so soon! I can't believe it ! I love the quality and great price of the furniture ! Thanks to Cristina ! She is the best saleswoman, very friendly, patience, had the best ideas and recommendations for me! I want to recommend to everybody to visit this awesome store! BEL furniture across from Memorials Mall!

The store locate at 10510 Katy freeway, Memorial; is my favorite furniture store! Best prices ever! This place has the best customer service, my sale representative was Cristina and I received all my new furniture in perfect condition and at the right time that she promised me! We found everything that we like with awesome designs save your money and time shopping at this place!

I have been a Bel Furniture shopper for years. Decided to check out the new store in Katy, all I can say is wow. This place is huge. If you can't find what your looking for here then you do not need it. Same great service as always.

WARNING! Stay away from this furniture store and any store affiliated with BEL FURNITURE. They are racist and scamming people. I went to complain, and several other frustrated customers were already at the counter complaining about a similar issue to mine. The couple spent thousands more than I did, so I understand them too. They are taking money and not delivering your furniture. Don't do this. They will pretend to have contacted you for delivery, then when you contact them to inquire about the delivery status of your furni... read more

Sales service was great .... Delivery service is HORRIBLE!!! The same experience that I had in 2008 with them when I swore I'd never shop there again is same delivery experience that I've had with them this week. Never again!

The worst furniture store I ever went to since moving to Texas. I bought items even was told o can buy a hook just for a dam mirror most furniture stores wouldn't even care about just giving it to you. I even was told I had to buy ok that's fine no one seem to know what was the problem but the mean as manager stated they couldn't sale it to me even after I called prior and was told I can. They horrible I should of pay attention to all the reviews. They seem nice until you spend your money. Katy location.....count your days
