This is the worst place to buy furniture from , the prices are good but the customer service is HORRIBLE , I drove 1 hr to pick up my furniture was told to be there by a certain time I kept calling the lady to notify her , she knew we'd be there , showed up at 4:17 after she told us she'd wait 10mins after 4:15 and she then seen my husband walking to the door and she turned back around and left him outside , we called on Monday to see if there was anything the could do about the inconvenience and was told no , we had to pay ... read more

We are Harvey victim in 2017, and had 25 inches water in house. All our furniture on the first floor was gone. We tried to re-structure the house and buy new furniture. We purchased several furniture from Belfurniture including a set of sofa in December 2017. Hello, I purchased a living room set and wall decor from bel furniture old katy. My salesperson was Aziza very helpful and soon as I made my purchase she treated me as if I didn't exist. I paid everything in full including delivery this was 4/7/2018. My delivery date was confirmed on 4/18/2018 that it would be amy home today 4/21/2018. I never received a call from the delivery guy so I called today at 12:18 pm they assured I will have everything by 10pm. It's now 10:45 pm no call and no show.
