Customer service is really horrible here. I was I would have read the reviews before going here. I ordered 3 bedroom sets from them and the day before my delivery they want to call me to tell me that my item was damaged and to go into the store to choose another item. I told them that was an inconvenience for me and asked for my refund and told me that I needed to go in. I guess me telling them me going into the store was an inconvenience the first was not heard. New to purchasing from Bel furniture on I-10 west The young male with the man bun in the back office failed to ask my address and decided to create one. The lady that called prior to delivery was nice and corrected my address The 2 delivery guys were friendly and efficient. My new dresser has 3 scratches on it and the unbelievable order of paint or something that lunges and Lysol won't destroy. The service at Bel warehouse is horrible. Whenever I called they always put me on busy mode. They hung up on me when I was not finished yet.

We were told a delivery date, which is today. However, when we called to verify a time range for delivery today we were told it would be a date much later than we agreed. We needed recliners to recover from a surgery we are having, and now they wont be delivered until after that surgical date. We are beyond disappointed, that a floor model couch won't be available for the reason we purchased them. To say we feel as though we wasted our time and money is an understatement.

Hello, Back on July 8, 2020.... I bought a king Bedroom set and I added a night stands. At the time the salesman inform me the was on back order until the July 20, 2020, so the delivery it was scheduled on July 24, 2020. On July 23, 2020 I received a phone call tell me that the 2 night stands are not going to be delivered for tomorrow, because they did not come. The next day I received the king bedroom set with out the 2 night stands. Plus the king bed had a damaged on the Right rail.....and one of the handle on the dres... read more

we were told 10 minute wait .. we waited 25 minutes went back inside. then she told us we have to wait another 10 minutes . we needed up waiting 45 minutes for furniture pick up. unacceptable

UPDATE: TERRIBLE SERVICE... I completed my quarantine and called to schedule my delivery to find out they gave my furniture away. They called me and told me they would have it, all I needed to do was call and reschedule my delivery. They are TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! They don't have to worry about me making another purchase with them! I'll never purchase from this company again... I'm actually debating cancelling my order altogether and go elsewhere. We bought furniture on Sunday and the lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. We decided to do Self pickup but we decided to wait until the weekend. Tuesday : I had a quick question so I call their number and I'm calling for the last 3 hours and no one answers. What kind of company is this. Someone finally answers and says hold on please and doesn't even let me speak. Now I'm starting to worry and I start to read all the bad reviews on here about delivery and self pickup! Terrible...terrible...terrible!!! Came to pick up one item today from their warehouse today. I've been waiting for over 2 and a half hours!! For one item!!! So ridiculous!!!!
