WARNING! Stay away from this furniture store and any store affiliated with BEL FURNITURE. They are racist and scamming people. I went to complain, and several other frustrated customers were already at the counter complaining about a similar issue to mine. The couple spent thousands more than I did, so I understand them too. Sales service was great .... Delivery service is HORRIBLE!!! The same experience that I had in 2008 with them when I swore I'd never shop there again is same delivery experience that I've had with them this week. Never again!

The worst furniture store I ever went to since moving to Texas. I bought items even was told o can buy a hook just for a dam mirror most furniture stores wouldn't even care about just giving it to you. I even was told I had to buy ok that's fine no one seem to know what was the problem but the mean as manager stated they couldn't sale it to me even after I called prior and was told I can. They horrible I should of pay attention to all the reviews. They seem nice until you spend your money. Katy location.....count your days

I bought my furniture new. it was delivered 12/10/22 and my frame to my bed is cracked down the middle today 12/17/22. They delivered and set it up!!! I work nights and now have to sleep on the floor until they can get someone to fix my bed!!! Less than 1 week later and the furniture is damaged. Unbelievable!!!

Purchased a complete living room suit plus the extra warranties and protection. This is a SCAM they give you a number that no one will answer. The website no one will return an email. This is money wasted and a crooked deal. Don't fall for it and waste hundreds of dollars for something they don't honor or service.

Completely rude incompetent staff. You won't get the right color furniture. If they make a mistake they don't care, you fix it yourself. They will take no ownership, will not apologize, and will not compensate for your time in regards to their mistake. I'd LOVE to hear from a manager, but highly doubt they will care enough to call.

Very bad customer service practice.!! We went to this store and before that the one in San Antonio. We were told that they can deliver and set up furniture in Austin suburbs. We confirmed the date with the store manager on which day they can deliver, as they can come once in each month to deliver furniture in Austin. Only confirming the delivery date [which was 50 days in future] we started selecting the furniture.
