I will never buy from Bel again . They don't tell you all purchases have to be picked up at the warehouse until the end of transaction . I'm currently sitting at the warehouse to pick up my purchase after an hour and a half drive .Upon arrival I was told I would be wasting one to two hours . I was paying on my furniture at the Clarewood location next to Plaza Americas and when it was time for me to pick up the furniture all the way in Katy they didn't have all the things that I ordered. Bought from Houston location with Franco who was great, we were sent to the warehouse location to pick up a desk and file cabinet they didn't have in stock at the store. Got home, the desk is great but the file cabinet was dry rotted on one end so we didn't think anything of it and exchanged it the next day. Got the new one home, it was worse than the first one; the entire front bottom wood was dry rotted and completely off(sigh). Update: The store manager James is trying to make this right by sending us our furniture in two days and trying to get us the floor model of what we ordered. But BEWARE, the furniture that you want is probably partially SOLD OUT when you buy it. This man is TRYING to cover for the rest of this clearly deceptive company. I gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review. This copy of the email I sent to their district manager says it all. Do not buy furniture from these people!! My husband and I purchased close to $1200 worth of furniture at your Webster store on 7/26/19. We scheduled the delivery for 8/1/2019 to have all furniture delivered. Me and my husband purchased 2 nightstands and and entryway table. We went to the Katy warehouse to pick up our furniture and once we made it home all the way in spring we noticed one of the nightstand was infested with MOLD!!!!!! Horrible furniture quality and customer service. We bought a bed for the kids room in June. The slats broke by November. On calling customer service, I was asked to send photos of the bed to see if it could be fixed. Did that. Did not hear back from them. Called back after a week when I was told I would need to pay 59.99 plus taxes as transportation fees to fix the bed.I would need to visit the store to pay it. Meanwhile the kids are without a bed! Never going back there again.
