I bought my furniture new. it was delivered 12/10/22 and my frame to my bed is cracked down the middle today 12/17/22. They delivered and set it up!!! I work nights and now have to sleep on the floor until they can get someone to fix my bed!!! Less than 1 week later and the furniture is damaged. Unbelievable!!!
Purchased a complete living room suit plus the extra warranties and protection. This is a SCAM they give you a number that no one will answer. The website no one will return an email. This is money wasted and a crooked deal. Don't fall for it and waste hundreds of dollars for something they don't honor or service.
Completely rude incompetent staff. You won't get the right color furniture. If they make a mistake they don't care, you fix it yourself. They will take no ownership, will not apologize, and will not compensate for your time in regards to their mistake. I'd LOVE to hear from a manager, but highly doubt they will care enough to call.
Very bad customer service practice.!! We went to this store and before that the one in San Antonio. We were told that they can deliver and set up furniture in Austin suburbs. We confirmed the date with the store manager on which day they can deliver, as they can come once in each month to deliver furniture in Austin. Order loft and mattress 2 weeks ago. Monday this week I received a call that delivery would be Wednesday and it was confirmed all items were in. This morning day of delivery mattress is no where to be found. I had to fight with them to make them put a replacement until the one we ordered is found. So the Black Friday sale paper dropped and the deals was pretty good. It was a option to order online so I did. 3-piece basket swing chair regular price $433 but the sale price was $198!!!!!! Delivering/assembly $100 (two screws) So I opt out and drove 30 mins to Katy to pick it myself in a car. Yes it fit. Lol only needed my driver's license for pick up. Customer service is really horrible here. I was I would have read the reviews before going here. I ordered 3 bedroom sets from them and the day before my delivery they want to call me to tell me that my item was damaged and to go into the store to choose another item. I told them that was an inconvenience for me and asked for my refund and told me that I needed to go in. I guess me telling them me going into the store was an inconvenience the first was not heard. New to purchasing from Bel furniture on I-10 west The young male with the man bun in the back office failed to ask my address and decided to create one. The lady that called prior to delivery was nice and corrected my address The 2 delivery guys were friendly and efficient. My new dresser has 3 scratches on it and the unbelievable order of paint or something that lunges and Lysol won't destroy. The service at Bel warehouse is horrible. Whenever I called they always put me on busy mode. They hung up on me when I was not finished yet.
