Let me just say the on site office staff, Lauren, Caitlin(sorry if misspelled), Marlene( handled my move in) are simply amazing. It is the corporate office that has left a bad taste in my mouth because they like empathy, compassion, and customer service. A life altering situation arose with my grandmother who lives with me. I reached out to the regional manager Ren3e on 3 different occasions and she didn't even have the decency to return my call until after I had to raise hell over the phone with the office staff about her l... read more

Lauren has been AMAZING from start to finish. She really worked some magic for me! I can’t thank her and the whole team at Belmont at Greenbrier and Kotarides Property Management for their hard work and more importantly giving me opportunity to call their community home! Everyone in the office was so welcoming and kind during my entire move in process! I had a few things that needed to be fixed and they were there within 24 hours it was fixed. I’m super pleased and happy with my choice of making Belmont at Greenbrier my new home. Lauren did and excellent job with explaining everything and assisting me while I have a very demanding schedule.

From the first day we came across this community online we’ve been in contact with the staff and they’ve been a great help. Marlene gave us a tour the same day that we inquired about the place and she has been nothing less than extremely helpful and polite since. We have only been in the area a couple days but this location is very close to so many great restaurants and spots to go out and have fun.
