Lauren has been AMAZING from start to finish. She really worked some magic for me! Everyone in the office was so welcoming and kind during my entire move in process! I had a few things that needed to be fixed and they were there within 24 hours it was fixed. I’m super pleased and happy with my choice of making Belmont at Greenbrier my new home. Lauren did and excellent job with explaining everything and assisting me while I have a very demanding schedule.

From the first day we came across this community online we’ve been in contact with the staff and they’ve been a great help. Marlene gave us a tour the same day that we inquired about the place and she has been nothing less than extremely helpful and polite since. We have only been in the area a couple days but this location is very close to so many great restaurants and spots to go out and have fun. Staff is very professional and pleasant. The layout and location of apartment is very good; in addition to being spacious and bright. Marlene was very helpful and pleasure to work with. I wanted to give five stars but there are few negatives that don't allow me to be that generous. Standard of cleaning is less than desirable or expected. Also, appliances are very old with visible damage, especially refrigerator. On the whole I am pleased with my new residence.
