Love this place!!! I lived there for a year before I joined the military. It’s a great place to live. Staff is awesome and they treat you like a friend, remembering you by name. I loved how they always had events that involved the community and encouraged everyone to mingle. The grounds are beautiful and every maintenance issue I had was usually taken care of within a day....maybe two. Neighbors are all friendly and everyone minded their own business. This community is an extremely beautiful, well maintained and friendly ambience that anyone could fall in love. The office staff are extremely accommodating and friendly, special mention to Jillian and Marlene. They make you feel comfortable always. Shout out to their good work. All maintenance activity were resolved within 24hours without any follow up. I lived at Belmont at greenbriar for 2 months. I've had an issue with maintenance when I called to get my screen door fixed and it took over a week to fix. The samething for my dishwasher, also took a week. I am awaiting for my locks to be installed on my front door, it's been 2 day I'm sure it will be another week before anyone comes out. They tell me it does not normally take this long for maintenance to come repair things, but in my experience it seems to be the norm. The staff, including the maintenance team, are friendly and display great customer service. Response to maintenance request are taken care of very shortly after the request is made. I've lived here for several years and have never found the neighborhood to have any concerns with noise. I find the neighborhood to be very quiet.
