Its been a good year here at Belmont. The admin staff is very welcoming and warm. The best part of their staff is they always with smile. They act quickly on maintenance issues. Our experience so far has been very good. The community is neat and clean, well maintained and our neighbors are nice. And I love the location. You have everything nearby. We are looking forward to extend our stay.

Really love these apartments and the area. Competitive prices for living on this side of Chesapeake. Most of the staff is so friendly and caring about each tenant personally. Maintenance is great at keeping up with anything you need fixed. I would live here again, having a gym and swimming pool onsite is so convenient! Only complaint I’ve truly ever had is parking when it snows since the parking lot doesn’t get plowed.

Love living here! I moved in a few month ago and absolutely love it. The staff is very nice, helpful, and easy to work with(Especially Brian!). They made me feel at home my first day. The apartments are in great condition. For me, the walk-in closets and full size kitchen are a huge plus. The maintenance team is very attentive and fast with fixing any issues I've had. Overall I give the Belmont 5 stars and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, affordable, safe apartment complex.

We love it here! My family moved in to Belmont at Greenbrier without "physically" visiting the property first. Normally we would never do that; however, the reviews were good and the location was perfect for us. Honestly, we couldn't be happier with our decision. The staff is always helpful and friendly (kudos to Brian and Marlene!), and we feel completely safe here. I don't know how long we'll live at Belmont at Greenbrier, but we're certainly in no hurry to move.

I absolutely love living at the Belmont at Greenbrier. I moved to VA from TX just over a year ago and aside from the great location, large apartments and beautiful grounds, the one thing that sets this complex apart form others I have lived at is the staff. The manager Renee and her team of Brian, Marlene and Andrea, are the reason I feel at home here. I could list several events to explain why I feel this way about them but I will just say due to life changes, I needed to move into a larger space and NEVER considered moving from this complex because of them.

I had looked at other apt complexes once I had made up my mind to sell my house; some places I was met with indifference or not much enthusiasm...not so at Belmont..warm welcome and took a lot of time to tell me about the apt complex and show me around; I knew this was the place I wanted to move to, and placed a deposit. That was Nov 2017; it took six months to sell my house; I kept mgt updated and when I had a contract, I called the same day to see if the Tazewell was available; when they first checked it was not, but THAT DAY, an apt had just become available...what great timing. They were patient with me as I had not gotten the finalization on the contract, once I knew the deal was good, I signed the lease, so thank you Rene and Brian!! I moved in this weekend, I have a first floor apt, that faces east and catches the morning sunlight..have a small tree just outside the patio area - which is huge, and a forested area off to the left. So far the sound barriers and construction is keeping me from hearing my neighbors. Can't wait to use the pool, which opened this weekend, but rain is keeping that from happening, and need to get settled. Plenty of summer left to enjoy. Thank you BELMONT..thanks for making my life so much simpler and pleasant.
