I lived at Belmont at greenbriar for 2 months. I've had an issue with maintenance when I called to get my screen door fixed and it took over a week to fix. The samething for my dishwasher, also took a week. I am awaiting for my locks to be installed on my front door, it's been 2 day I'm sure it will be another week before anyone comes out. They tell me it does not normally take this long for maintenance to come repair things, but in my experience it seems to be the norm. The apartments are gated, but one of the entrance gate has not worked properly since I moved in. It remains open after hours and it should not. Parking is first come first serve. Residents have parking stickers placed on their cars, and guests are supposed to have a special parking pass daily. I have yet to see this system inforced. There are non-resident cars parked without stickers and some are parked illegally almost everyday. This makes parking difficult mainly late at night after office hours. Some of the good things here is the location is perfect. Everything I want and need are within 5-10miles which is great. The price here is one of the cheapest if not the cheapest to live in this area. The staff are awesome and helpful. The gym and the pool are amazing. The 3 bed room apartment unit I stayis sufficient. Beside the lack of storage space in the kitchen my family is happy. Had to get rid of somethings, because there just was not any room to store it. I hope this review helps any way shape or form. The staff, including the maintenance team, are friendly and display great customer service. Response to maintenance request are taken care of very shortly after the request is made. I've lived here for several years and have never found the neighborhood to have any concerns with noise. I find the neighborhood to be very quiet.

This apartment is amazing, maintenance and the staff are friendly and always helpful. Things are taken care of in timely manner and they pay attention if you are dissatisfied. only real complaint is neighbors above me are EXTREMELY loud and stomp and run all day, and it can be distracting.

I was asked how I am liking my stay so far from the WORLD CLASS STAFF. My reply is I absolutely LOVE it here, the convenience of the location, staff across the board is very sufficient and they leave cards if they were in your unit and you was not there. I highly recommend this location to anyone! *****

We have been living here for 3 years now, office staff is very friendly and efficient, maintenance crew is great, when I report a problem it is usually fixed the next day at the latest.

I have lived at the Belmont at Greenbrier going on 2 years now. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, the response time has been quick. A couple of weeks ago, I my air conditioner was not working properly and it was HOT. Along with a couple of other things that needed attention. Justin, the maintenance crew member was at my apartment within the hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable , and answered any question I had. And I ask a LOT of questions. I appreciate their willingness to make their renters feel comfortable. The Maintenance Crew Rocks!
