I moved into the Belmont Greenbrier Apts May 2018. The staff has always been amazing as are the maintenance crew. Today, the toilet bowl cracked/leaked and I called in a maintenance request. Prompt response and fast work to replace by Justin and his staff, in and out in less than 1.5 hrs. The grounds are kept immaculate and I feel as if I live in a resort. Love this place!!! I lived there for a year before I joined the military. It’s a great place to live. Staff is awesome and they treat you like a friend, remembering you by name. I loved how they always had events that involved the community and encouraged everyone to mingle. The grounds are beautiful and every maintenance issue I had was usually taken care of within a day....maybe two. Neighbors are all friendly and everyone minded their own business. This community is an extremely beautiful, well maintained and friendly ambience that anyone could fall in love. The office staff are extremely accommodating and friendly, special mention to Jillian and Marlene. They make you feel comfortable always. Shout out to their good work. All maintenance activity were resolved within 24hours without any follow up.
