Really love these apartments and the area. Competitive prices for living on this side of Chesapeake. Most of the staff is so friendly and caring about each tenant personally. Maintenance is great at keeping up with anything you need fixed. I would live here again, having a gym and swimming pool onsite is so convenient! Only complaint I’ve truly ever had is parking when it snows since the parking lot doesn’t get plowed.

I absolutely love living at the Belmont at Greenbrier. I moved to VA from TX just over a year ago and aside from the great location, large apartments and beautiful grounds, the one thing that sets this complex apart form others I have lived at is the staff. The manager Renee and her team of Brian, Marlene and Andrea, are the reason I feel at home here. I had looked at other apt complexes once I had made up my mind to sell my house; some places I was met with indifference or not much enthusiasm...not so at Belmont..warm welcome and took a lot of time to tell me about the apt complex and show me around; I knew this was the place I wanted to move to, and placed a deposit. I have been in the market for an apartment but I should have known better. Their goal is for you to over pay for outdated apartment while the slowly update there internal office amenities.  The few garbage bins are undersized for the amount of apartment homes on the the grounds so they often over flow for days.  The Gate and Key Fobs do not work as they should. They’re are bugs and gnats everywhere on ground. They state they have contracted personnel for spraying but talking to the residence no one has seen anyone come out. ... read more

We do offer free monthly pest control for our residents, so anyone interested just needs to reach out to the office to be added to the list. Our maintenance team aims to complete requests within 48 hours when possible. This complex is the worse we have been out here for over 8yrs and over the years it has went down hill. The management team does not care about your concerns or issues. When you pay over 2500 per month in rent and there are contractors in your building they are or should adhere to the resident and there consideration of how they are working. this day and age everyone works from home be considerate of others and be mindful however today they are putting carpet in over top of my apartment and my husband ask the contractor if h... read more

Avoid  at All Costs! I recently had the unfortunate experience of living here, and I cannot stress enough how disappointing it has been. From the moment I moved in, I experienced how poorly the property was managed. I was charged  a $1000 water bill going back to November of the prior year, although I had just moved in in April of the current year. Not too happy. Got an email this morning about a maintanence work order being completed (microwave cuts off when trying to cook with it) and when i came home it's still unable to cook. Girlfriend was home all day and said maintenance never came by. I called and the rep said they closed it because they said the duplicate one we created was being reassigned. I have been waiting for receipt of $150 administrative fees that I paid on 08/30/22 due to the apartment not being ready for move-in on the contracted date. I’ve requested it several times by email correspondence, left phone messages and the latest response was it has been “re-sent” to the corporate office for processing and to date still not received. This is a terrible reflection upon the company’s business ethics and I will report it to the BBB.

I HAVE BLACK MOLD AND MILDEW IN MY HOME THE ONLY THING DONE WAS BLEACH DOWN THAT MAITEINCE DID HOWEVER NO ONE FROM THE RENT OFFICE OR ANYTHING HAS CALLED DISCUSSED A PLAN OF ACTION AND MY SON AND DAUGHTER ARE BOTH ASTHMATICS AND SON WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR HIS ASTHMA IN MARCH SO THIS CRUCIAL AND THE FACT NO ONE HAS CALLED AFTER I SENT REQUEST AND EMAIL TO FRONT OFFICE AS WELL AS TO KOATRIDES MANGAGEMENT
