Ben was very knowledgeable and communicated thoroughly every step of the way. He really worked very hard to get us the best possible deal he could. I would definitely recommend working with him!
Ben was amazing to work with and made the process of buying my first home a breeze! He was easy to get a hold of when I had any questions and answered them quickly
Honest, hard working and to the point. Ben came highly recommended to me for our home purchase and now I know why. Throughout the entire process I can honestly say I had no doubt that I was in the best hands. Not only did Ben secure us an awesome rate but he was fully engaged and accessible to us throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the industry and the product he delivers with Thrive is second to none. We closed on time and without any issues, there was no stress and everything Ben promised us he delivered on. I am incredibly grateful for all the hard work Ben and Blake put in for us to get into our home. We are excited for our new adventure and will use Ben for any future home mortgage/refinancing.
We were turned down by several people before finding Ben. He took care of us and made it a really easy process. 10/10 would recommend him for all home purchases.
Ben was amazing and helped us buy our home even though other lenders wouldn’t try. He has a great personality and is always available with any questions u may have. Highly recommend him.
Ben Hawkins was a life-saver! My loan was handled in an attentive, knowledgeable, and patient manner. By far, it was the smoothest experience I have ever had with any major purchase.
In difficult times, Ben was able to provide me with great loan services. During the past few weeks of my closing it was rough but Ben communicated with me and my closing was successful, my realtor Janene and Ben made a great team.
I couldn’t have asked for a better lender. Ben made the process easy to understand, was very patient, and got me more than a full point lower interest rate than another lender told me. You will not regret working with Ben.
