My husband and I were in desperate need of refinancing. We had less than a month to get this done. At the last minute we contacted Ben and he said he could get it done. With doubts in our mind we didnt think it would happen on short notice. Not only did we get a lower interest rate but our payment is $300 cheaper. Ben was so helpful in my experience with being a first time buyer. I had SO many questions, and he took the time to explain everything to me. Ben and his team could not have been more knowledge and helpful with our mortgage loan. We moved from Wilmington to Greensboro so logistically it was already difficult for my family and i to move.
