I received at least three tex reminders. Too many.
Dr Bergens is excellent about explaining the pros and cons of the procedure. The staff are all professional and courteous. Loved that I got a personal call from the dentist himself to see how I was doing!
No One knew I had Delta Dental. Great Friendly & professional Service, but still felt heavy emphasis & concern with Payment (from my perspective being a business owner). Overall it is a Great Experince every visit!
My gums in the back of my mouth where there are no teeth seem very irritated... Like a burn .... Ill wait and see if it heals on its own... I don't know if it was the baking soda that irritated that area of my mouth but if it doesn't heal I'll call for an appointment.
I had gone to Tomoka Family Dentistry 4 days prior for cleaning and exams - paid $150...when I went there - he did the SAME thing (without the cleaning) and charged me $130...this makes me a bit skeptical
I'm very disappointed about the dental insurance situation. My insurance includes benefits for perio maintenance--it clearly states in the book that my perio maintenance should cost me $55, yet I was charged $99; Maureen said your office does not accept my insurance for the maintenance visit. I am following up on this error to get credit for the $44 overpayment. I want to say sometimes in the past, that something was rubbed on my gums before deep cleaning was done to numb the pain somewhat??
Please develop a tooth plaque death ray whereby a small tube is inserted in the mouth, a switch is turned on briefly and all the tooth plaque above and below the gums is instantly dissolved and we never, EVER have to see a scraper tool or dental pick again!
