"Excellent knowledgeable service rep" The service representative I dealt with made a great effort to solve the puzzle, and was very knowledgeable. My dissatisfaction is only with the car itself, which needed expensive repairs after only 45000 miles (it is 10 years old, so out of warranty). The air conditioner from Honda should perform longer than that, and other idle controls were failing despite short mileage.

"Bobby took very good care of us. " Bobby listened and was very attentive. He also told us what service was needed. He quoted the pricing so that we could make a good decision in the service of our vehicle.
"Free inspection " Love the free inspections and efficiency. I wish the car was washed before I left but if that counts as a complaint then that's a pretty sad first world problem.
