"Got a Problem, they fix it---Quick" There was an issue. It could have been disruptive for us. This issue was described. Solutions were explored. They came up with a solution. From time to time, there will be issues. What happens at that point makes a difference. This difference was good. What started out as a serious scheduling conflict, was solved to our satisfaction. What more is there to say?
"First year inspection" Went I for my first state inspection after leasing for a year. No surprises. Service Advisor Roberto Ramos is great! Gave me a free wash and vac for 1 year anniversary, was not expecting that. Nice perk!
"Excellant customer service" The reason is due to Bobbie, he has been the most honest, professional and attenative I have ever had in the services dept. in 4 years.
"First service" I got right in, service was great. Didn't get it vacuumed or washed but advisor was great. 30 for a tire rotation is a little steep since most tire dealers do it free.
"Very easy transaction " I flew in from Birmingham, AL to Lia Honda in Portland, ME to buy a Civic Type R. They offered to pick me up but I told them I had a rental car. I was literally done in about 45 min. Very easy as their tag line says! Would definitely buy from them again. I dealt with Jeff Benoit and Andrew Fossett. They were awesome!
"Purchase of new tires " I am happy that the service representative now ensures that the paper key tag and paper floor protector are removed from the car. Thank you. This may sound odd but I often ask for an early appointment as I work nights, so after my shift I bring the car in for a service. However this cuts into my sleep time ( I told you this was odd). From the first greeting by Nick Long to every service person I met, which always includes Brad Bartke and Bobby Ramos, the you know you are in a place of excellent service. The waiting room and ladies room were very clean and comfortable. And I do recommend Berlin Motors to my friends and family.
"Wonderful!" The Pilot is great! We love it. I have to thank you for all the help. You can Chris have been great and it was really a very pleasant experience. The driver, Calvin, was really helpful as well. From your website to receiving the Pilot everything has been top notch!
