"sales & service positive experience" I purchased a used vehicle and had a couple of issues after my purchase. They took care of the issues, no questions asked, and with a smile on their face! "Patient, kind, understanding and commited" Chris made buying my first car on my own very easy and stress free. He was patient and kind, even when he needed to explain the same information more than once. No pressure sale. Very calm and understanding when explaining how to work all of the features of the car.
"On a busy day, service wast still great." Despite being a very busy Friday, the service was friendly, and the wait time was very close to what was projected. The price was as quoted.
"Service that never ends" This is end of my first 36 month lease and a new experience with Berlin City with SALES and SERVICE. Both of these were above average expectations and sales representative, Ted Hanson, was hard pressed to keep us entertained while waiting for "Incentive" figure for new contract. Besides that the new car has been great and a remarkable color (Steel).

"Excellent service bit shocked by bill" Excellent service, as always, but shocked by the bill for the added fluids and filters service recommended when I came in for an oil change and State inspection. Fluids and air filters were found to be black and in need of replacement, so I gave the ok to add those services. My bad for not asking about the cost first. Never imagined it would go from a $40 bill to a $400 bill just for fluids and filters.
