"Service with a smile" Upon arrival, I was greeted, asked what I was there for. My car was ready when promised. I chose to wait. The wait area was clean, bright, and WIFI available.
"new used truck" great place + great people. easy sale. gave me a fair value for my trade. overall in and out no nonsense . this was my 8th car purchased here. I will return for my next.
"Quality, Speed and Care" Berlin City has become my go-to location to send my car. Their facilities are updated, neat and professional. The work is done fast, and they'll even provide you with a rental for the day (small fee) or even give you a ride! See Bobby Ramos if you can. A great representative for the Service Center who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. I hope to not be back soon, but am relieved I'll be in good hands when that time does come!
"Survey for car service" I always feel very comfortable here. I've visited lots of dealerships and don't always get warm and fuzzy feelings. Berlin City employees always make me feel right at home
"Oil change and tire rotation" I had a good experience at Berlin City Honda. I got an appointment quickly, and was taken care of professionally and everyone that I had contact with was very polite and as helpful as they could be. I'm still a bit disappointed that I can't just have my Garmin Navigation updated on my Pilot at this dealership. I have to do it myself at home or bring in my flash drive with the update already loaded on it. I would like to not have to do that...I'd gladly pay to have Honda take care of it for me. ... read more
"Oil change and tire rotation" We had an oil change and tire rotation and was in and out in just over an hour.The staff is great!!!We have been coming to Berlin City for service since 2010.
"Amazing service " I came in after buying dent protection and was very frustrated they wouldn't cover my small dent I am on my 3rd lease and ready for my 4th in august I thought to myself if they won't do anything I will not lease I left very happy because Dylan Keene was able to suction the dent out So I will see you next Month for my 4th lease with Honda Thanks again Dylan!
"Consistently Excellent" I have never been disappointed in The Berlin City Honda Service Team. They go above and beyond and I always walk away with a smile on my face!!!
"Excellent experience" Service rep originally quoted price of $400 for repair work; but after looking at the car it was determined that all that was needed was a minor adjustment to computer system -- for which there was no charge.
