"Great service recovery" The dealership gave me my car back with a critical piece of work undone. When I went back, instead of equivocating, blaming the stars and the moon etc, my service advisor took full responsibility. Instead of booking me in for yet another trip in several days, my service advisor got the work done within 30 minutes. "Nice deal!" I got my oil change for $20 with a coupon from the dealership which I received by mail; service appointment was scheduled next day. Oil change took about an hour; so everything went very well. Thanks to Ryan the service advisor as well.

"Ted was excellent!" I found the vehicle that I fell in LOVE with via the online portal & sent in a request for information. "Oil change " Decent service, Brad my customer service rep was very nice. Took an hour for an oil change. Free wifi, water, coffee, tea, newspapers, magazines to read. Comfortable waiting room.
"Nice people, nice place" Ryan was very easy to work with. I have a Ford lease expiring in a few months and I will strongly consider looking at Honda options just because of how smooth this experience was. Thanks.
"Great service in a timely manner" Berlin City gave me a no-nonsense honest assessment of my vehicle's needs and let me choose what I could afford to have done and what was needed. They were helpful, courteous and responsive to my needs and had my car up and running quickly and for what I could afford to pay. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to have great service without typical selling of parts that I didn't need or services that were not required.
