"Second dealership worked out best!!!" We were looking to lease a new Honda Accord as my current Honda lease was due to expire within a month. "Great Service!" Fall service conducted; although my scheduled appointment was one day after the area's first significant snow storm and the service department was extremely busy, my service was completed in the time frame stated by the advisor when I checked in!

"I was near the dealership where I purchased my CR-V and..." I was near the dealership where I purchased my CR-V and stopped by on the chance they could check out a noise and loose cover below my steering wheel we noticed shortly after purchase. They got me right in and knew right away what the issue was. They also took care of a recall and put my wheel locks on while I was there. All the while they were very courteous and accommodating. They did a great job fixing the problem too!
"Dave M" Dave, our salesman was exceptional. He made the entire process very easy with very little of our time required to get the deal completed. He even delivered the car as our schedule was very busy at the time and we were unable to get to Portland soon... but were anxious to get the car...very accommodating! He was very friendly and thorough, explaining the vehicle and all of its features to my wife, and our family. We have nothing but "good things" to say about our first time experience with Dave and Berlin City!
"Bad turned to Good " I bought a HR-V after owning 3 CR-Vs. I thought I may want a smaller car and had heard some good things about them. I DID NOT LIKE IT. They were able to get me into a CR-V (although I lost money in the long run) and now I am happy once again.

"Very Good" Took me right in for my appointment, discussed what the vehicle needed and said it would be done in 90 minutes and it was. The reception area is very bright, relaxing, and inviting as I always hated to wait for car repairs, but I don't mind it so much at Berlin City in South Portland.
"Professional" I was pleasantly surprised to get my tires rotated and a state inspection done at no cost to me. The staff was prompt and courteous.
