"Once Again, Excellence at Berlin City" I had an oil change/tire rotation yesterday at Berlin City in South Portland. As usual, everything was easy and professional. Easy to make an appoint, which was honored on time. Great price for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Pleasant waiting room. Berlin City is trustworthy - takes the fear out being a car owner when the car needs service. Love this dealership.
"SALESMAN FOUND ME THE "PERFECT" CAR" My salesman asked all the right questions, researched the inventory. came back and excitedly said he found the "PERFECT" car for me. He said it was in the far end of the lot so he was off to get it and bring it up front. WOW. WHAT A BEAUTY! She is a 2016 cr-vex -she looked brand new. She rode solid, quiet,smooth and handled easy. Then to the office for paperwork. DONE. HAPPY CUSTOMER.
"Great service" I always reach out to Mike Hoyle when I need to come in to have my car serviced or have something fixed. My most recent visit was to get a headlight replaced. Mike is very friendly and professional and I appreciate the advice he gives me regarding my Pilot.
"A/C Service" My A/C had stopped working. I called for an appointment - they were going to get me in that day - I thought was great, but easier on me for 2 days out. I dropped my car off at 7:15 am, for a 9:30 appointment, they had it fixed before 9:00 am. They had no computers, but were very professional in handling the situation.
"Excellent work!" Very friendly and timely with service being completed. I also appreciate how there was a children's section where my daughter could play until the car was ready. Thank you!
"Special Order/Special Treatment" Subsequent to a recall issue, our Honda CRV required a special order part. The part arrived in a few days. Service Advisor, Jessica Curit-Ramos coordinated a convenient appointment time, quoted an approximate repair time and the "turn around" period for the repair was less than two weeks. Easy! Jessica is always smiling, personable and professional in the performance of her responsibilities.
