"Truly Satisfied" I worked w/Dave in the New Car Sales dept. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He worked for several hours to make sure I had everything I wanted and that I left satisfied. Ben in the Finance Dept. was genuine, pleasant to talk to, and patient w/my questions. He worked hard to provide a low interest rate. Both men made the experience stress free. I drove home in my new truck w/a smile on my face!

"Dillon did a fantastic job. Only issue was the repair..." Dillon did a fantastic job. Only issue was the repair estimate had confusing (errors) making it hard to understand. Repairs were made in a very timely fashion.
"Excellent Customer Service" From my request for service, I received an immediate call back. My appointment was scheduled quickly, and I received a follow-up e-mail within a couple of hours. Service performed was excellent! Eric reviewed with me the service that was performed and gave me a detailed report on my vehicles health. We put a lot of miles on our cars each year, and dependability is critical. Knowing what we need to think about going forward is very important to us.
"Excellent Dealership" This is our second Honda and we have came again to the same dealership. Again we got what we wanted - great car and excellent experience. We worked with Steve and Scott and to watch professional and friendly cooperation between these two gentlemen was additional bonus to our overall great experience. We would highly recommend Berlin City Honda of Portland as the place to go to get great car.
"Great Experience" Always on time, fast, and efficient! Came in for a full detail on my Civic and I was not disappointed; it looked new when they were done!
"Tire Replacement" Service as usual was excellent. Only comment is tire pressure light came on and air needed to be added to 1 tire after we got home.
