"Professional & expediant" Eric did a fantastic job getting the parts and the service scheduled promptly, and then making sure everything was performed within the time and quote promised.
"Tire Repair" My tire was repaired within the time frame the service person stated it would take. Customer service individual was very courteous and helpful. I was pleased with the service.
"oil change 10.18" Presented vehicular evaluation afterwards and addressed steering issue that presented a safety issue. Excellent advisement on another vehicle safety issue. I return to this dealership due to excellent vehicle service on a consistent basis as a customer for more than 7 years.

"Great customer service from the Service Dept" Had a service appointment for 0700 Saturday morning. Vehicle was taken in promptly for servicing and was ready when promised. Waiting area was comfortable and clean. Great experience.
"Outstanding car buying experience" I came to Berlin City Honda to look at a Ridgeline, with the intent of buying one at a later date, if the truck was as good as the reviews I had read, and my experience with the other Hondas I have owned lead me to believe.
