Excellent service and polite staff!
Berlin personnel were helpful in providing a shuttle during the time needed to put new tires on my vehicle.
I feel like I can trust what they are telling me.They tell me the issues that are important to deal with and tell me the things I can put off until later. The service department director is very responsive to any concerns, she has called me back almost immediately when I was unsure about something. Overall I feel very confident about this service department. This is the only dealership shop I have ever felt this way about.
Amazing customer service. I wish I could take my car to this location always, but it is not the closest location to my house. Stopped by because I was in the area and had an issue.
