Quality of service and customer service
Professional service and attention to detail.
One repair was confirmed to be covered under an extended warranty at no charge. During inspection, two other issues were found and repaired. Since repairs would take hours longer than expected, I was offered a shuttle to and from home.
We just stopped in for someone to show us all the controls of our new car. Both times, the service men were terrific. They were very patient. I don't know the first man's name; but Lucas was great!
Fantastic Service department, the staff was excellent and Jessica was awesome. This service department is top notch and would highly recommend and perfect with a Honda or any used car to use them.

Very cordial person who checked me in and who I completed my transaction with. When I checked out, they had mistakenly done all my wipers verses just the one I asked for. Even though it was probably a good idea to do so because eventually all three were going to need replacing, he gave me a discount on them because he realized there was a miscommunication. It think that was a really kind gesture and I appreciate that.
The entire crew worked like a professional team.
Lucas always treats me well and keeps me informed as to progress and any issues I should address.
