Replaced window regulator, and passenger side rear sway bar. Problems solved.
On time, convenient, flexible, friendly. Best when talking to real scheduler; not so much with automated version
Jessica is/ was one of the best service associates that I've ever dealt with at a Honda dealership - anywhere. Jessica was on top of all my service needs and made sure all was completed in a forthright manner. She also did the most important thing that most service associates do not do. She SMILED the entire time she communicated with . Pity that 99% of others don't. The 'smile' goes a great way towards great customer service, 'Do ya think?'
The advisor was very professional and knowledgeable. He treated me with respect which made the experience good
