I was able to get an appointment easily and service was prompt and professional.
We had to take the vehicle back for tire balance after alignment. It was fixed at no charge but should have been checked after the alignment was completed.
The staff were professional, friendly, and made the entire car-stress-free. They answered all my questions, treated me with respect, and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Berlin City Honda of Portland to anyone. Thank you for the excellent service!
