In and out fast. Comfortable waiting area.
Very trustworthy and professional. I love clear communication and honest prices. I highly recommend them! They kept me informed as the technician was working on my car. They gave me a ride home and picked me up!
Very good they were very helpful
Services performed per Honda's recommendation. Replaced timing belt, tensioner, water pump, alternator belt, spark plugs. Adjusted valves, replaced FR and RR head gaskets. Performed coolant flush. Replaced both front lower control arms. Performed all wheel alignment. All services done excellently!
Great service! Communication was on point!
Thanks! It was nice not having any major additional service needed.
Took my concerns seriously and checked everything out
Berlin City Honda has my eternal loyalty. When I arrived Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend with my dashboard lit up with warning lights, I was treated with patience, honesty, and empathy. I highly recommend this dealership. Their service department is the best!
It was very easy and timely to schedule an appointment. They took the vehicle in and took care of the service very quickly.
