I like that their service department employees are very kind, professional and knowledgeable! I don't really like the high prices they charge! If it is this high now, what will they be charging soon with all the world changes happening! For years I have had Hondas and had my service done at an independent service station working only on Hondas! Never had a problem with their location! Since I no longer live convenient to this location; I use Berlin City for the convenience and trust not for their charges!
