"Fast service" Mike in service got me with no appt took care of my tire and filter and oil change in less than 2 hrs didnt expect that great service and buiness
"Very Impressed!" I had an appointment to get a new mirror and a brake light fixed with Jeff, I dropped the car off on my lunch break and he got a shuttle to take me back to work (so convenient!). I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to repair my car. Jeff personally drive the car to my office to drop it off as I was unable to leave work by the time the service center closed. He really goes above and beyond for his customers! Thank you!
"Oil Service" We were very impressed with the friendly reception we received from your staff. Our service rep, Bobby, was very personable and informative. He thoroughly explained the service codes that our vehicle was displaying.
"Very good despite issues" I brought the car in for new tires and to check for what I thought might be a warped rotor. All went smooth until they started to do the rotors and they had a problem taking too much off one of the front rotors. I had to leave the car over night while they overnights replacement rotors and i was provided a rental car. The mechanic came in on his day off (a Saturday) to finish the job. Everyone was very helpful and apologetic. Therefore a good experience dispute problems.

"Left Subaru for a Honda CR-V" I owned 5 Subaru cars over the last 30 years. Loved my Subaru. Finally, my 2005 Outback with 218,129 miles on it was involved in an accident..no injuries thankfully...but total loss. I tried everything out. The Honda, Rogue, Subaru and RAV 4. By far, the Honda CRV-EX met and exceeded my new car expectations!! Thanks to Cliff for his patience while I tried out all the other cars and his follow ups along the way!
"Great customer service!" Eric was awesome! He explained what my truck needed done, gave me some options and then made sure I had an appointment that worked with my schedule to get the work done in a timely fashion.
"Great flexibility" I stopped in thinking I had an appointment at the dealership when in fact I’d made it for the Berlin City in NH! Bobbie took me in anyway and helped resolve all my problems successfully and quickly.
"routine service call" Had a very positive visit for just routine service. All items dealt with and on very timely bases. Eric was great to deal with. Very on top of things.
