"Over and above expectations" Dillon Ballweber made you guys look REALLY good! In every way, yes, even including cost, Dillon satisfied our needs even agreeing to store our car for a week while we flew to Colorado. We came in only because we had a flat tire, but it became clear that not only were all of the tires needing to be replaced, but also we were in serious need of a number of maintenance services. "Accommodating, great service" I'm from Camden and was taking my wife to the airport. Tried to arrange service for Monday on the website on Sunday and didn't see any available appointments. Interacted with the website and was able to leave info for a service on Monday at 11:30. Early Monday, received an email indicating the service was set up. Arrived and Dillon B took great care of me. In/out in a very reasonable time. Appreciate the service and friendliness of the service department at Berlin.
"Great Service" Very personable staff. Work was started and completed, just as the service advisor discussed with us at check-in. Promptly notified us when work was completed, precise overview of the multi-point inspection form, and we were on our way.
"Inspection Sticker" Since my vehicle did not pass inspection, the service tech explained the issues very clearly. The service to fix it is really expensive and he said that I could do a payment plan. I was grateful for his explanations.
