"Service" The service department at Berlin city is dependable, competent and courteous. They have a great shuttle service for your life to keep moving while servicing your car.
"Had the car serviced" Everyone is super friendly. The place is immaculate. If I have to wait for my car....It's a great place to wait. I trust they are telling me the truth about what needs to be done to my car.

"Recent service" Bought new tires for my CR-V. Continued great service. Efficient and friendly. Great to be able to drop off car, go to breakfast, come back to car with new tires. Time frame was shorter than quoted......even better.
"Overall Good Experience" I was processed pretty quickly and the things that needed to be done were acknowledged. The car was ready when promised and checkout was quick and efficient. They reduced the price on a couple of the services due to having purchased the tires there and another special that they were running. The only drawback is that the prices they charge can be a little on the high side as compared to a place like Sullivan Tire although those places might not have the expertise with newer cars like the Honda Civic... read more
"Wonderful Car Purchase Experience" Jamie was our sales person...the face of the business, and he was what you would want in a sales representative. He was knowledgeable, very personable and professional. We did not feel any 'hovering' or pressure during any time with him whatsoever. "tire replacement " I had a tire with a slow leak, i had the tire diagnosed at another shop and a nail was found in the edge of the tread. They were unable to repair the tire but found i had pax tires and Honda needed to replace them a they had the tools and equipment to do the job right. They got me in right away and within an hour i had a new tire on and i was on my way. Great experience and highly recommended
"Excellent Service" I am always impressed with the service staff and this time was no exception, in fact, I was even more pleased with the most recent service staff member because they answered all my questions thoroughly and let me know they could do other services that were needed.
