"Job Done Right" Everyone was professional and courteous providing the service I needed to my vehicle ! They explained all of the areas needing attention and showed me the worn parts needing replacement. Thank you !
"Excellent service" Ryan York shouldn’t be called a service writer. He should be called the Concierge of service! He make my service visits a pleasure. He understands customer service.
"CRV needed new brakes!" An emergency braking situation on the highway with old brake pads resulted in us needing some serious brake work. Berlin City Honda fixed us up and now the car brakes like it was new!
"Overall good." I liked the text notification of extra work needed to be done but a phone call in addition to that would be nice. I had to call back to talk about the extra work but it took some doing to get to the right service technician.
"Jessica,, the service representative, was so helpful" I truthfully enjoyed this service visit. Jessica Curtis-Ramos made the whole experience pleasant. She helped find a program i signed up for to save money........and I did thank you
"Diagnostic" This was the second time I brought my car in for a strange "shuttering" which occurred at 30 MPH. While I was not overly-impressed with the results of the first visit (June 2017), I was extremely pleased with this visit. Service was professional and timely with a follow-up plan of action.
