RecommendedHad a great experience at Berlin city Nissan of Portland. We bought a 2017 Pathfinder with no trailer hitch but something we really wanted. Berlin City worked with me to get a brand new trailer hitch on the vehicle. They were great with very good customer service. I’d definitely go back to buy another vehicle. I think we all know buying a car seems daunting, but I would definitely recommend Berlin City Nissan. I was far from an easy customer, but Eric, Chris & Tom stayed 3.5 hours AFTER THEY CLOSED on Saturday, which by the way was a holiday weekend. They fought hard to get my into the car I fell in love with and answered all of my questions and my fiancé’s questions (he always has a lot). They treated us like VIP. I’ll definitely be back when this lease is up, for my new car! Thank you all so so so much! I LOVE my new car!

Marty is very helpful and always answers all my questions. He communicates with me and tells me exactly what I need. He’s also very friendly especially when I came into the dealership upset he allayed my fears and talked me through what needed to be done.

I went to Nissan Berlin City with a check engine light on. Chad Hrom was the gentleman in service that greeted me. He is built for customer service.
