Grease and possible knick on my left fender from mechanic. Grease on my steering wheel gear selector knob from mechanic. Did not give me summary report of multipoint inspection. I feel like since my car is a 2013, that great customer service doesn't apply to me since my car isn't new. Below expextions from previous experience with Berlin City.
