It would have been better had I been fully informed as to the cost & the process before I left the shop from a different service call. It caused an inconvenience for me & the dealer that could have easily been avoided. I did not expect the job would be that expensive either.

The Nissan recall repair was done properly, I think, but the 14 point inspection report was not handled correctly. An item on the report listed a need for an "immediate attention" and was not pointed out or offered to correct. This caused the need for a separate trip to get the problem taken care of.

They sold me a used truck with bad ball joints and refused to warranty them thru their 2 month, 2,000 mile warranty. I had put only 900 miles on the truck when I found the ball joints with 2.5-3mm of play. This amount of wear does not happen in 900 miles. They insisted it be put thru my extended warranty, which cost me a $100 deductable. And NO money out of their own pocket........

This was the second visit to the service department to finish the replacement of my tailgate . On the first visit the job could not be completed because they didn't have the screws to attach the inside panel of the tailgate or the Titan nameplate. After this visit only 2 of the 10 screws were installed . This was the exact reason of my visit and the truck was returned and reported to have been complete. Obviously the work was not checked to see if it was complete.

The sales rep helping me initially presented me with an offer of $1000, supposedly the result of an evaluation by "the trade-in guy." The dealership had the same car, a year newer w. slightly higher miles, being offered for around $9000. My car was basically solid, nothing wrong with it. When I protested, the sales rep said the initial offer was an auction price and that the trade-in guy was "on hold" with a buyer who might be able to give a higher offer, which of course happened . I was quoted $52:00 for an oil change over the phone by one of the service technicians, I was scheduled at 8:30 on 1/5/21. when the oil change was done I was told that the bill was $66.34. I explained this to service rep. Marty E. he said there was nothing that he could do. I then asked him who booked the appointment and he said Kimberly Williams, I then told him that the person that I spoke with was a male. His response to this was "some guys can be named Kim in this day and age". RIP-OFFS!!!!

600 $ to fix check engine light and get inspection sticker. Light came back on on the drive home. Have to rate service as poor and expensive.

Oil and tire rotation pretty standard and I assume all done professionally...however, despite state mandate, masks were not required in the waiting area...not a safe environment these days. One star not an option when completing this review.
