In addition to an oil change, I have had a repeated issue with a valve in the fuel delivery system causing the check engine light to come on 4 times. Repeatedly asked the dealer to contact Nissan. Shouldnt have an issue with the same part 4 times in 2 years, especially since the truck is only 2 years old. Finely contacted Nissan myself. All of the repairs I have paid for are being reimbursed, and the issue hopefully corrected. Dealers should listen to there customers.
I had to wait for 2.5 hours for my oil to be changed. No one came to tell me what was going on - I had to go to the bay and wait for someone to investigate. The service rep was extremely apologetic at the end and they did not charge me for the oil change but it was still a very unpleasant experience.
First time Ive used Berlin city and theyve been really slow at accomplishing anything. My car was diagnosed, but they still have yet to fix my car. The part was supposedly ordered the day the car was diagnosed, but 3 days later there were delays and the part would be in eventually. Communication has been very slow and have had to leave multiple messages to get anywhere with them..
Terrible. Dont own a Nissan. Have asked many times for this company to stop sending me emails
I scheduled my car to come in for an inspection and recall work. However, the recall wasn't able to be done bc the service tech who could perform the work wasn't in. They didn't alert me to this until I called noticing it wasn't on the description of service sheet. This is the second time I've scheduled recall work to be done and they weren't able to do it that day (I would have been happy to bring it in a different day so I don't have to go twice!)
I got my truck back with damage to the bottom of my driver side door. This is the 2nd time in a row my vehicle came back to me damaged. I'm tied to them because I bought my tires there. Otherwise, I'd never go back. Nice people but the technicians suck.
Brought my 2014 Pathfinder to Berlin city after the transmission failed for the 2nd time. Would not honor warranty, would not help in anyway and very confidently stood behind the fact that they are ok with their vehicles lasting 60,000 miles. Was told by service that their labor rates is the reason he works at Nissan and that he would never own a Nissan himself. Disappointing and disastisfied is an understatement. Left us in a horrible spot on what should be our family car for many more years.
Incomplete battery service job. Left tools in engine bay. Battery acid spray in engine compartment. Corrosion still on battery terminal top posts.
This tec was trying to sell me everything under the sun . Then he did a estimate for all this bull I dont need , asked for a estimate just for my breaks n rotors .he couldnt change it on the computer, so he wrote it on a paper and signed it and his math is for some odd reason exactly $50 More then if I add them using a calculator. Not impressed this time. They tec told me a filter is going to need to be replaced which I had supposedly done last time I was in. Lost my trust which they had .
