Won't let me change to poor, car sat 31 days. First tome I picked it up I drove 47 miles on replacement engine it overheated needed a thermostat and hose replaced. Picked it up once again and brought it back for leaking antifreeze once again. Left them a check for over the amount of repair and 8 days later still waiting for my refund. They tell you a different thing every time you talk to them. The dealership had my car for issues before and would never really investigate why I was burning oil.

I needed some work completed in order to get my inspection sticker. I was given a loaner, free of charge, as the work was going to take 3-4 hours. When I returned, 4 hours later, the work had not yet begun. I was given the loaner to take home; I had to return the next day to pick up the car. The work was done well, and I was treated politely, but I live 35-40 minutes away, and did not appreciate the extra trip up and back.

Berlin City Nissan did not give appropriate time to do the oil change. I returned home and completed it at Pronto.

Dishonest dealership. Gave it a second chance but still very dishonest sale tactics in both sales and service departments.

They were very friendly, informative and helpful to deal with, however my car left without all the bolts being tightened on the suspension. If we hadnt noticed ourselves, this could have resulted in a bad accident.

Problem not fixed upon third attempt.
Not Happy with Service I recieved at Berlin City Nissan!! Third time they failed to do what i paid for before i complained to Service Manager. I have a 2018 Nissan Maximar and will look for another Service Dealer.
Regular customer and I will not be back
We were extremely disappointed in the service. We were told the tires were rotated as a report suggested and they were not. I know have a loud beeping sound in my car, and we both felt that their interest was in selling rather than servicing our vehicle. The air in the tires was not checked and as they are still low. When you bring your vehicle inyou hope to get what youre supposed to get. Trust is truly a factor here.
