Absolutely terrible!!! I don't own a Nissan, would not own a Nissan and do not live in Maine. I have called this place numerous times requesting them to correct the email so I will not get emails every time this person has their car serviced.
Although the actual service has been great. Dealing with clerks trying to sell you what you dont need has gotten extraordinarily annoying. They are dishonest, stereotypical car sales people even in the service department. The hassle is not worth it.
Terrible. I used the chat feature to set appointment for an inspection. That is all I needed. Got a text suggesting many repairs/services. Called to see if any were needed to pass inspection. I was told no and that the sticker was on the car. I said thank you and no service today please. I was then charged 129.99 for tire work- align and balance, etc. I have called twice and emailed to get a transcript of the chat to see where the communication broke down and I have not heard from anyone.
Went for my sticker late November. They cited a couple maintenance issues. I went to another garage to fix them since it was considerably less money to do so. When I went back to dealership to get sticker, they would not give me sticker because my check engine light was on. This was on back in November and they didn't mention it. Else, I would have looked into it to get it fixed. Very disappointed.

Crappy mechanic. Doesn't know what he's doing. Had to argue with him that my shock was completely bent and out of place. I tried to explain to him that when driving over bumps, my car would have bounced into oncoming traffic. He tried to tell me that was normal. To top it all off, the car was like this one I bought it. It was not thoroughly inspected.

the gentleman that I dealt with at the service desk was not happy with him at all. Went in for inspection truck didn't pass due to the passenger electric window did not work which is fine I knew it didn't work I didn't realize I want to pass cuz of it. But when I went out to my truck there wasn't a rejection sticker on it so I don't have to deal with the police. And also I was supposed to get a free car wash and I didn't even get that so no I wasn't impressed
Found oil prints on my fender again, just like my last visit. Requested to have preferred oil placed in my car and still put the wrong oil in again. Pointed it out on my work order and they corrected it but it wasn't the first time this has happened. Will be looking for a Nissan dealership to get my car serviced for now on.
