Our salesman (RENE) was really great. The one suggestion I would make, is the girls at the service desk (that checked us out) should dress more professional.(instead of wearing a sweatshirt) And could smile once in awhile.

We visited the showroom in Natick but ended up ordering online. It was easy to choose a convenient delivery window, and the delivery drivers were prompt and professional. And, most importantly, the dressers we ordered are top quality and look great.
