My wife and I went into your store only planning on looking at the selection of living room furniture. We were amazed at the selection that you have from sectionals to sofas and love seats and recliners. Our sales person, Sal, was very patient and didn't hover over us. He was nearby to answer any questions that we had. When we narrowed our choices to two styles he worked closely with us to make sure that we would would get the pieces that would be the best for us. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the store, the sleep selections, and more importantly, the sales associate, Jim Galvin, who was very knowledgeable and professional. Jim made the process of selecting and purchasing a new bed frame and mattress painless. Our request for expedited delivery was granted and the delivery was EXACTLY on time with setup accomplished in half an hour. Very satisfied with the entire first experience with B&P.

we haven't received our sofa yet but the salesperson Anthony was very nice, calm and patient. Didn't push us. Let us go in our own direction. We bought a love seat and chair.We had just come from Jordans and chose B&F's!
