I call Bernieand Phil's first, about a mattress sale. The gentleman on the phone was informative. When I went in. I was lucky enough to get the same man. Wish " I wish I remembered his name but I dont." Helped me pick out a mattress was in and out in aprox. 30 minutes

The shopping experience was a pleasant surprise! No high pressure sales people following you around the store. Great selection of furniture at a reasonable price. We ordered furniture to be delivered in 3-4 weeks. I can’t comment on delivery yet but the first step was easy! I will shop here again!
We had a wonderful experience while shopping in the store. The salesman was very helpful. The delivery men did an excellent job bring in the new furniture and ensuring we were happy before they left.
The salespeople were friendly and knowledgeable. Even when I had to change my order the customer service people took care of the request quickly.
