I was greeted and told where to find what I was looking for. I was allowed to browse all that I wanted but when I needed help, an employee was there fairly quickly. Bernie and Phyl’s is a nice shopping experience.

I went in for a mattress and got exactly what I wanted. Was not talked into a more pricey model. I got a few things I had not intended but my current bed rails 40 years old and really needed new. The salesman was very helpful.
