The delivery guys were awesome! And the salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly.

Sal was very helpful, not pushy and had a lot of patience when my husband and I were trying to decide on pillows for the couch.
Bernie & Phyl's has treated us very fairly. Noticed on tv commercial that mass sales tax or free shipping has been offered both of which we did not receive at time of purchase which was before both the offers. The service was the best. CC at braintree store is excellent. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me the recliner I wanted. First try and side table. make sure you ask for CC.
Never, ever, in my decades-long life as a "consumer", have I had a customer service experience such as the one I had at your store. The lengths you have gone to - to keep a happy customer - is amazing.
