Don’t ever buy anything from this store. We paid over 3K for a new sectional couch with recliners and a 3 year warranty. Couch started falling apart within a year. They came out to look in January and we were informed all parts need to be ordered from China and would take around 12 weeks. 12 weeks has come and gone and still nothing. It’s impossible to get updates from the service number and we’re stuck with two recliners that don’t work and a couch that is literally falling apart. Quality of sofa was poor and when trying to file claim on protection plan, was told it wasn't covered. Despite, the plan explicitly stating it covered what I was claiming.
