Nashua- “No credit need” posted in front of the store entrance. Was told different stories by multiple sales people. Was asked to provide my checking acct info (prior to making my deposit) and was then approved for a small amount, following the salesman explaining that I was “already approved” for a larger purchase, and that there would be no credit inquiry. Due to not yet making my deposit, I was charged an overdraft fee, on top of a $40 “approval fee” that was undisclosed. Also found out ( at customer service) that they di... read more

********* is a No Credit needed finance program as stated in the ********* signage throughout the showroom and in it’s literature. No credit needed programs are not the same as no credit check programs. When applying for credit, the customer must provide a debit card and checking account, and a $40 temporary hold is placed on the account to confirm it is viable for the program. There was some confusion on the customer’s part while in the showroom regarding the hold and program. The store Manager met with the customer at the ... read more

Bernie and Phyl's....what a rip off. They took my money for a custom upholstered chair. They ordered it. They called me to say it would be ready for pick up in their Nashua store on September 24th, 2018. I called this morning, September 29th, as it says call before pick up. Guess what....it's not there. Andrew, who is clearly new, said, the form says it will be there on October 1st. I say...you guys called me, to say it would be there on the 24th...he says, oh yes, it says it would be here on the 29th, I don't know why they ... read more

Bad service! My wife and I ordered a TV stand and a couch (under my wife's name Jie). They lady over there helped us placed the order and promised that we will get them in one weeks. However, they TV stand never came. We called once after two weeks and they told us that they need to reoder it and might take another two weeks. Well, we waited and nothing happened in another two weeks! we called again, the manager said the item was backordered and either we need to wait for it or just cancel it???? He also said that he won't b... read more

We apologize for the delay. We tried to notify the customer of the delay, however there was no answer and the voicemail was not set up, leaving us unable to leave a message. Yes the initial complaint came through the BBB with a different first and last name, with only that information I was unable to locate the order. The TV stand is out for delivery today.

My custom couch is MISSING and the store is MISLEADING! I purchased a $2100 custom-made couch from B&P's Braintree Store in the beginning of August with the expected delivery timeframe of 4-6 weeks. I was fully charged for the couch two days after I visited the store. On week 5, I called the store to confirm the delivery date and was told I was only on week 3 and my order had been delayed due to the manufacturer. We apologize for the delay. I see that a credit was issued back to the customers credit card for compensation for the delay. As soon as we receive it from the manufacturer we will get that delivered out to the customer.

Horrible customer support. You get product warrenty purchasing online. I bought a $1,000 sofa after two years falling apart. Horrible quality!!! After reaching out regarding warrenty 5 months later still an issue. After me asking them to explain to be their warrenty process and wgy it takes to long that they need to remove my sofa from my home, I was advised “ it’s none of my business how their program is run” highly disappointed- I will never purchase from them !! 

Business response:

A technician was sent out who stated we needed to order parts and bring in to the shop to repair when the parts arrive. The customer does not want the furniture removed from the home. The warranty does specifically state that there may be some instances in which the furniture may need to be removed to be repaired.
